Insurance is about to go up 25%+ . When its already at crippling levels especially for the younger motorist. The big mover is the new regulations that lets the NHS, the NHS we pay for through penal petrol prices allegedly, bill insurance companies for work incurred from road accidents.  Is this fair,  if you  fell off a ladder and broke your leg would you expect the NHS to claim off your house insurance. Are the new regulations the proper way to go or merely the tip of a recharging iceberg.
