If you're going to construct a coherent argument it may be a good idea to get your facts right.
The TR6 had a fully independent chassis front and rear which was a development of the system on the TR4A.
It also had a 6 cylinder engine - unlike earlier TRs.
I do actually agree with some of your arguments but as far as I'm concerned the rot really set in in the 70's.
The 60's was a pretty good time for the UK sports car.
