The height adjusting seat belt has become ever more popular with the car makers.
Ability to adjust the height of your seatbelt offers improved
comfort and safety.
Operated on most cars manually by pushing the seat belt housing up and down
where it attaches to the door pillar anchorage point. Adjustment does not make
too much of a difference to the average height person but does assist the
tallest and shortest amongst us using the front seat belts. in particular useful
for the child bolster seats used as an after market feature.

A more elaborate height adjustment is an automatic one which moves into a suitable position once your are belted in and sat still it automatically adjusts for the optimum position. this type is generally only fitted to the more executive ranges.
