Trip Counter

Trip counter, a remarkably simple device that counts how many miles you have done since you last pressed the button.

This is especially useful for those of us who's math's are not good enough too take one large number from another, or who have very forgetful memories and cant remember what the mileage was at the first checkpoint.

Armed with this ready reckoner we can do lots of great things like

• See how many miles we have travelled
• Guess how much fuel we might have left (if we know how much our car normally does to the gallon and we only put a couple of gallons in)

for the really flash there is of course the digital trip counter, as opposed to rubbishy old analogue one, If buying a new car we would of course insist it had a digital trip counter, and walk away from the deal if it did not, life without one would just not be the same.
