Britain was on the brink of a full blown fuel crisis as garages began to run out of fuel
Worst hit is the North West of England where hundreds of filling stations had no fuel this morning.
According to newspapers , "News that OPEC was to increase production to hold prices steady failed to defuse the situation "
But then why should it as the basic price of oil makes up such a small percentage of the pump price, and protesters where not venting there anger towards OPEC.
