Every effort is taken to provide accurate information but, due to the diversity of maker’s model types including variations of gearbox, engine power output and weight, the data on this website is to be used as a guide only.
Before relying on any specific information, please check with the manufacturer to confirm your requirements.
Each set of specifications relate to a vehicle at the time of manufacture and do not take into account any modifications, abuse, accident or other damage or the results of wear and tear.
Selling a motor vehicle using this database for specification is invited, but it must only be used as a guide. It is the responsibility of the vendor representing the motor vehicle for sale, to ensure accuracy. We cannot be held responsible for any misrepresentation, error or inaccuracy.
When purchasing a motor vehicle, the customer must rely on their own inspection to ascertain whether the specification of the vehicle meets their requirements. It is also recommended that the quality, performance and fitness of the vehicle be checked. If the customer is not competent to carry out such inspections, guidance from a qualified professional should be obtained.
It is strongly advised to check through the usual sources before assuming that title to a vehicle is free from any third party claims and that the vehicle has not suffered anything detrimental to its roadworthiness, performance or value etc. We cannot be held responsible for any misrepresentation, error or inaccuracy.
With respect to advertisements placed upon UK CAR, we reserve the right to change or remove the advert at our own discretion. Your advertisement will be held until the vehicle is sold, at which point, it is at your (the advertisers) discretion to remove the advert from the site. Details placed in the advert are final.
All mileage’s quoted are only a guide and should be considered incorrect unless separate verification or representation is provided.
Concerning Membership
Membership is charged by direct debit to the credit or
debit card you specify at sign-up.
Renewal of membership on a yearly basis is handled by Worldpay through a
Futurepay agreement specified during payment, this can be cancelled at any time
through the Worldpay admin
Your username and password is to be used by a single individual and is for private non-commercial useage
Members found to be distributing usernames and passwords will have their access terminated without notice.
Membership is issued for viewing content, any members found to be abusing access by downloading excessive content will have their access terminated without notice
Refunds are not given due to the nature of our product being a download. Annual membership is for a minimum of one year and can be cancelled without penalty at any time.
